Original commissioned artwork as well as buying limited edition creations are available for purchase through our company.
If you have artwork that has to be delivered by a certain deadline or this is a rush order, an expedite charge of 25% of the total purchase price will be applied to your bill. If you need to split up your payments on multiple orders, please email me with details as to which payment amounts are to be applied to each piece of artwork ordered. If no information is given, I will apply the payments to the sculpture with the most amount(s) paid on it. If you are ordering multiple pieces of artwork, please make sure that you put the 1/3 deposit on each one and then you can pay off the one that you want to get first.
When purchasing artwork a standard 1/3 non-refundable deposit is required at the time you place your order. If you need to make time payments, it can be set up at the time of your order. You can have up to one year to make payments with no interest. If payments go beyond one year, a 15% interest charge will be applied to the monthly balance.
Resin sculptures that are ordered unpainted will be cleaned and prepped for painting. If you don't want the flat white sandable primer applied, please let me know. Also let me know if you want the base(s) attached before shipping. I usually attach them unless otherwise stated. High powered Earth magnets can be attached to the sculptures and their bases at an extra charge of $5 per set of 2.
Hardwood bases can be ordered at any time. Please either call or email me for current pricing and ordering details.
Painting Policies: I will make every provision to get the correct color when your place your order. If you want a color and/or markings to be exactly like a particular subject matter (Horse, dog, etc.) please mail me photo of examples. You can also email me jpegs through email, but since they can be distorted, I can only do as good as the jpegs sent to me through my computer.
Prices on paint jobs vary with the size and complexity of the artwork and the markings of the commissioned subject. I will return your email or call as soon as I am able. Please give me a valid email and/or phone number if you want answer your question(s). Also provide the time zone if you want me to call you back.
Payment Forms: Credit, debit and e-checks can be paid through PayPal.com through my email address: Vicki@HallelujahBronze.com I also accept money orders. Personal checks are also accepted (with 2 references for first time buyers).``I also have payments
that can be made through stripe.com.
Shipping Policies: We ship through the US Post Office and through FedEx Ground. Once your order is finished, it will be packed and the package will be weighed. At that time, shipping and handling are due and you can add insurance if needed. Please give me a valid shipping address and phone number and let me know if this is a residence or business at the time your shipping is paid. We take every precaution to pack your artwork in the best possible manner.
Return Policies: Once we start work on your order, we cannot give cash refunds. If you do not want the piece of artwork you ordered, we will keep the payments on file as a credit in which you can choose another piece of artwork of the value that you have on account with our company.
